The project is led by APD Projects who is the developer for Clarkefield Town Centre and the Clarkefield Township. In Mid-2021, APD conducted a community consultation phase, where the local community provided valuable feedback and comment on the Clarkefield Town Centre and Clarkefield Township. APD is responsible for overseeing the various studies required to submit any development plans, and seeing the project through its approvals with relevant government bodies.
